Emprize, meaning “an adventurous enterprise,” is the name of the Georgia Tech team building the next generation of artificial intelligence tools for education based on the Jill Watson AI framework. The researchers are members of the Design & Intelligence Lab at Georgia Tech. The director of the lab, School of Interactive Computing Professor Ashok Goel, created Jill Watson as a core AI technology to help advance online, as well as residential, education.
